This tutorial will show users basic features of the physical phone as well as soft features that are available through phone programming.

Voice Mail

Staff members are provided voice mail accounts for retrieving messages from staff members, parents, etc. While voice mails will show up in your email you will want to review this tutorial for learning how to do the following things.

  • Set up your greeting
  • Check voice mail from your classroom/office phone
  • Check voice mail from any phone in the district or from a cell phone or other phone outside of the district

Network Fax

For sending network faxes via email, please view the following tutorial

Jabber is an application for staff members that have a District provided cell phone. Jabber allows users to receive telephone calls from their desk phone number as well as make calls and utilize four digit dialing just as if you were using your desk phone. When calling from Jabber the caller ID that is displayed will be your desk phone extension. It will not be your cell phone extension.

Please view the following tutorial for setting up Jabber.
