Who are Designers:

The Designer Network is ideal for you if you want to learn and collaborate with other educators to create dynamic learning experiences for your students. We will focus on designing and implementing lessons rich in technology and best practices.

Together we will explore:

How can we, as educators, design engaging learning experiences that leverages our 1:1 technology access?

Participants will enroll in Liberty's Project Based Learning opportunity provided by the Buck Institute with personalized coaching support for implementation.

Instructional Innovation Network

Tiered Learning

We believe in a differentiated approach to professional learning for our adults. As a result, we are creating a tiered network for educators who wish to collaborate and innovate across Liberty Public Schools.

Who can apply?

Any teacher pre-K12 who directly impacts classroom instruction may apply to participate in this network. All applicants must be eligible to participate with 1% funds. This network is funded through Liberty Public Schools, not individual buildings.

Transparency in Learning

Our goal is to connect educators, so even if you aren't selected to this year's network, we hope you will connect with us online to share ideas for transforming the educational landscape.

Our Drive to Action

LEADS iIN is committed to collaborating and learning together. Our drive to action is to implement innovative practices to benefit all learners.

Takin it to the Streets

Network Development

To determine the professional learning content for our year-long network, we have created driving questions and crosswalked standards from ISTE T, ISTE S, and P21.

Gathering Feedback

In order to meet the needs of our educators, we are seeking feedback from multiple educator groups. Through constant reflection and collaboration, we will develop a dynamic professional learning network.

Have an idea, question, or comment?

Please share HERE. We will be creating a space on this site to address FAQs and idea starters generated from these comments.

Meet Your Network Coach

As a long-standing educator for Liberty Public Schools, I'm honored to be creating this learning network. I will be working with all educators in this network through collaboration and coaching and can't wait to get started!
